She Replaced Her Full-Time Income by Working From Overflow Instead of Overwhelm! FCA Student Success Story (Ashley Forsberg)

Coaching

October 4, 2022

I had the honor and the privilege to sit down with one of my students, Ashley Forsberg, and talk about what the Holy Spirit is doing in her business and how Faith-Fueled Coach Academy has been such a pivotal role in not just her business growth, but in her spiritual growth as well.

We’ve only been working together for 6 months, and Ashley has just been THRIVING!

You’ll find out more in this conversation, but she was really struggling with things like time management but also feeling almost trapped in her current situation, but she has had SO MANY mindset and spiritual shifts that ignited a HUGE transformation, which helped her go from inconsistently bringing in clients into one offer to CONSISTENTLY bringing in MULTIPLE clients into TWO separate offers.

She has been able to work from a place of OVERFLOW from the Holy Spirit as opposed to working from a place of overwhelm, which was in her own strength.

And this SHIFT in her spirit has led to to replacing to her full-time income… which is just SO INCREDIBLE to see and to witness, and it’s truly such an honor to get to play in part this story.

It doesn’t surprise me that this happened in 6 months, but I also just can’t help but MARVEL in God’s goodness and His faithfulness.

And I truly cannot WAIT to introduce Ashley to you by sharing our conversation here. Because the work that God is doing through her really is just… incredible.

All of that to say…

Let’s dive into the interview.

Hannah: I am seriously so excited right now because I am sitting down with the beautiful Ashley Forsburg, and Ashley is one of my Faith-Fueled Coach Academy students, and she is just absolutely thriving. So we are going to talk about her experience with FCA, but not just that. What the Holy Spirit has created from that, working through her.

So what she has put together for herself, her family, her clients, and ultimately the kingdom. So, Ashley, I am so excited to be doing this with you. So please go ahead, tell us a little bit about you, who you are, what your mission is, and who you help, and then we’ll dive deeper into your experience inside of FCA.

Ashley: Thank you, Hannah. I’m so glad to be here.

So, a little bit more about me. I am a preacher, I’m an author, and I’m a certified coach. And of course I’m an FCA queen!

I work alongside women a lot in what I do. And so outside of just being a coach, I really consider what I do in ministry, so I guide women to healing and I really desire to equip them so they can discover what God has called them to do.

At the end of the day, my heart truly says, “I want women to shed and break off doubt and fear and insecurity. I want them to see that age is not a hindrance to stepping into obedience, and I want them to be obedient to the Holy Spirit, which at the end of the day requires that they know the voice of the Holy Spirit, which is just a result of intimacy with Jesus.”

And that’s just my heart’s desire. So that’s a little bit just about what I do. Everything that kind of comes out of me funnels to that same mission and that heart. I just incorporate that into every part of my business. So,

Hannah: Preach it, Sister. Yeah. That’s the name of your program or one of them, right?

Ashley: It is.

Hannah: I had to throw that in there. I was like, Yep. Preach it. Preach it.

Ashley, tell us. Where were you when you started? Like tell me a little bit more about why you made the decision to join FCA.

Ashley: Yeah. So at that point in time when I reached out to Hannah and was figuring out like, what am I gonna do to really make this business a reality as something I can fully step into?

So I, at the time, had been coaching for a little over a year. But I really felt like the clients that I were receiving were like this magic little pot that kind of somehow formed together. I had no idea really how I got them. So I couldn’t really replicate it without just getting a random contact.

But in those moments, I did have some clientele through that. It was just exhausting and I knew that there had to be a better way. Like there actually has to be a way to be able to. Give what I offer to others in a more clear and concise way instead of just waiting for these random happenings to come along my direction.

So, in the space of that though, I was lacking a lot of clarity. I needed focus. I needed to learn how to actually sell my offer. I knew I had something really special but no one knew anything about it. And so I think that’s often where a lot of people sit too. Like they have this dream. They know it’s in their heart, they want to be able to provide, but they have no idea how to actually get it out into the world in a way that people are like, “Yeah, let me throw my credit card at you.”

So, FCA actually gave me the tools for that. And I knew I needed to learn how to structure my business so that it was sustainable. I needed to learn how to do things that weren’t just a thousand miles per hour, and then only 10% because I got burnt out again and again. And FCA was like the package for everything truly, that I was like, I have to have this, like I have to step into this kind of mentorship because without this, I am going to stay in this. I’m going to get frustrated. I’m not going to be able to step fully into this, which is where God was leading me and I needed to actually build business structures. So that is what drew me to FCA was the applicable tools that I knew I was going to get through the program.

Hannah: Ooh, that’s so good because I feel like so many people really struggle with just having something that’s duplicatable, sustainable, and scalable. And so you made such a good point. Like you were making sales here and there, but nothing was consistent. Nothing that you could just duplicate over and over. So I’m really glad that you mentioned that because that is so crucial for business growth at the end of the day.

And obviously I know we’re going to talk about the changes that have happened a little bit later, but I want to know a little bit more about some other challenges maybe you were facing. So tell us a little bit about that. Where were you there?

Ashley: Yeah, so time management was huge. Not because I can’t manage my time well, but because I don’t have a lot of time.

I’m a wife, I’m a mom, my husband is a first responder, so we have a really wild schedule and because of these extra layers and these elements, I felt a lot as I was right as I was entering into like FCA.

I felt so much that there were all these barriers in my life and I didn’t know how to create more time in my schedule. Actually, in the beginning of FCA, I really fixated a lot on that, if you will. I really trying to remove extra things and extra responsibility so I can create more time for my business, which ended up not being the direction I actually had to take.

This was just funny because that was a mindset barrier that I thought I needed something. And through my work in FCA, I discovered that I needed to work from a place of overflow. My biggest barrier and block was how do I overcome these feelings of restriction to my time and how am I going to actually make this happen?

And I discovered that I needed to surrender the season of life that I was in to Jesus, and it wasn’t the way that I pictured it. And so that was difficult for me in the first place.

I didn’t ever imagine myself in that season of life and trying to juggle the things that I wanted to juggle and the things I didn’t do in my heart. But I needed to stop wishing away the present for what looked really good in the future. And I had to say, If I’m going to make this happen, now I have to figure out how I’m going to manage my time.

Now what ended up doing is it just realigned my priorities at the end of the day. And then this beautiful thing that I’ve now is that I don’t do anything unless it is out of the overflow of the Holy Spirit.

So I quite literally  don’t sit down to write curriculum for my clients, or devotionals, or a sermon unless there’s overflow. And if I’m feeling drained, I go back to the things that fill me the most and that, and that’s scripture for me.

I come back to that space and I allow Jesus to fill me. So everything that I do comes out of the overflow. And what’s really wild is I am doing way more in the overflow than I feel like is humanly possible, which shouldn’t surprise me because that’s God for you. But I mean, it’s true. It’s just the truth.

And instead of feeling like I’m constantly trying to distract my kids so I could work on my business, I have been able to go, Nope. This is my time for my kids, because I have confidence that I will have the time in the overflow. And so rather than. Like a 10 minute block of time or a 30 minute block of time where I could sit down and work on my business, and that’s slipping away because of the different responsibilities that are present for me in this season.

I was able to go, “Okay, you wanna play ninjas to my oldest son, let’s play ninjas,” and trust that there’s overflow. There’s going to be overflow because God has provided that and I’m being obedient and a part of that is not despising the season of life that I’m in, but embracing it and allowing that process to shape and transform me.

So even personally, I transformed because it impacted my marriage and my mothering. Not only the business, right? But yet how does Ashley function as a faith-fueled entrepreneur? And how does that impact my life? Because we can’t lie and say that entrepreneur life does not impact us at a very personal level and the things that we personally are engaged in.

As an entrepreneur, it sometimes feels like there’s not a lot of separation and boundary, if you will, between the two. And so creating those as well to allow me to step into the fullness of the healthy and sustainable.

This was critical and I would not have learned that had I not stepped into FCA.

Hannah: Somebody needed to hear this today, because really I cannot tell you how many times I have experienced burnout myself and working from a place of overwhelm, which I truly believe is where burnout comes from.

When you’re working from a place of overwhelm, and not letting the Holy Spirit work through you, you’re working in your own control and in your own flesh. And so what changes that is really letting Him overflow through you. Like actually spending time with him so he can then overflow into other areas of your life.

And I’m just so excited that you have gotten to experience that because I do remember when you first started FCA. I remember that some of the first calls were really about the time management piece and you feeling like, what do I do in this season? It’s not that you didn’t like this season, it’s that you felt like you were craving something else, but that really wasn’t the case at all, you know?

And it was just so, it was so beautiful to witness the transformation because I saw it first hand. It was just, it was like a night and day difference. I remember. There was one call that you came on and I remember like you were almost in tears or maybe you were in tears and then literally the next call as you had just gotten a bunch of clients. You were just soaring and it was because you were working from a place of overflow.

Ashley: Yeah, and something you said there, I just kind of wanted to speak to as well because you talk a lot about, “What are we craving as business and as entrepreneurs?” Like what is this dream that we have before us? And for me, I was, I was struggling. I almost felt like, I was like, I don’t know what I need to surrender.

I feel what I thought I needed to surrender didn’t actually end up being what I needed to surrender. Instead I realized, I actually needed to crave more of Jesus instead of craving time for my business. That is what led to me producing more.

I have goose bumps right now. Yeah, that is what led to producing in the overflow.

The spiritual temperature shifts even more. And I think for me, what I needed to surrender was the fact that before I stepped into the coaching world, I served in the church as a pastor for eight years. And so navigating thoughts like, “I know Jesus,” right? Like I want the school to know Jesus in a lot of ways, right?

I’m a theology nerd. I can understand the Bible in ways that most people are like, “What?” And I almost came in with this mindset of, “I know Jesus.”

But I didn’t know how to operate a business based on the guidance of the Holy Spirit, and until I said nothing else matters until I’m so hungry for Jesus above everything else, which felt really scary going, “I’m going to spend this two and a half hour nap time literally just reading scripture rather than work.”

And I’m just going to sit here and soak up Jesus because nothing else matters except my hunger for Him. Is stepped into like, if that’s not satisfied, if you will, nothing else matters. And that is when this shift began.

In fact, I’m so confident of His voice now that I don’t even doubt it. Like, I can look over and go, “Oh Jesus, you want me to do that? Okay.” And I do it. And I know that’s exactly what He wants me to do.

There’s so much of my posture that is in sync with the voice of the Holy Spirit, that everything I do operates in the overflow and in the guidance of the Holy Spirit. And because I shifted back my business, it obviously shifted things in my personal life, and my marriage became healthier in the habits with each other.

Like I said, my mothering grew. I mean, it was just like my whole person transformed and it was so cool because I needed that more. Probably wanted to admit and more than I realized that I was craving Jesus. It wasn’t craving time for my business. I needed time with Jesus.

Hannah: Seriously. I had chills the whole time we were just talking because it’s so true.

And I think it’s so interesting because I thought I knew Jesus until He took me deeper. I think there’s just so many layers. I always say that life is like an onion, you know? And sanctification is like an onion, you know? And God is just constantly peeling back the layers.

Like we’ll get through a layer and then it is like, “Oops, you gotta learn this now.”

And I feel like that’s what he did with you. And now you are just seeing such an incredible transformation and it is just so inspiring and I’m just so glad you’re just sharing it with us today.

And also, what is so interesting, is that this is even bigger than the business transformation. You know, and I even though FCA is obviously a program to grow your business, I just really wanted to hit on the fact that this grew you in a way that was not just about your business and it is so beautiful. It’s just unreal.

So, all of that to say though, let’s talk about your business. What’s changed in your business?

You know, because at first, you were talking about the inconsistency. You were dealing with the overwhelming time management piece. You were struggling to get clients consistently. What changed?

Ashley: What’s really cool about the shift is I actually stepped into FCA serving one kind of client, and that transformed over my time in FCA, which for some people may sound really scary but you have to able to trust the shift, but then, what was really unique is that I began to feel this push.

I noticed something and a dear friend once reminded me when you don’t feel like you know what God has asked you to do, you’re not sure what to do next, go back to the last thing you heard God tell you clearly, and if you haven’t answered that in full, then answer it in full. And that is when I realized I have a passion for a particular client.

The thing that God put in my heart two and a half years ago in full, and I went back to it and said I’m going to make a pivot. I’m going to make a shift. And so because of that pivot and shift, I gained more and more clarity.

And so the clarity on how to do that, I learned how to sell in the DMs, which was a really important thing as I wanted to grow my business, and so I actually was able to learn how to structure an application call to bring people into my programs.

At the same time, I was learning how to even provide value and validate my offer without even having application calls. So not all of my clients have gone through application calls. Some have said yes simply based on the way that I was able to structure my content, which Hannah kind of gives you these tools and these secrets to really speak to the person that you want to serve.

Other things that I kind of navigated through FCA was the structuring of how to protect the work that I created. I had no skills on how to protect myself even like “legally in a business.”

And how do I maximize my very little knowledge of technology, if I’m being honest, and be able to learn how I could structure everything without overwhelming me. You don’t have to have it all together and have all the pretty flashy business things that you may see other people doing to have a successful business.

And just everything from, you know, website recommendations to payment processing recommendations, and being able to have the community of FCA is incredible as well because there are multiple voices that are stepping into leadership and speaking insight into you. And so what’s really unique about that is there are ways that we serve and and support one another based on what we do.

You know, there’s people in FCA that are my, what I would. I would love for them to be a dream client of mine one day. And it’s really cool to get to listen to them and hear their perspective because that forms the way that I communicate in my business. On the flip side, there’s other girls where I’m like me at, I’m gonna need you to be my coach in this particular area of my life because I have been able.

To listen to them and, and I know what they offer and so that’s really cool. Another kind of benefit if you have FCA is the fact that this is a space of community. I’m so glad that I have had the opportunity to meet these women and hear their insights because listening to their business struggles as well gives me insight or inspiration.

On how to incorporate and improve my own business model and seeing how they apply the same curriculum to their coaching business. That is how it is so creative because of the way that the Holy Spirit is creative and every person’s call makes me go, “This is so applicable to all.” It doesn’t matter what kind of coaching God has called you into, or what kind of business and service God has called you into.

There are applicable principles. Apply to a variety of people and that is, that is like the foundation. And so FCA provided that foundation.

Hannah: I just love this so much. I was just over here just smiling, like, “Oh wow, this is so cool.”

So cool to see just the ripple effect being created because really at the end of the day, it is a ripple effect, right?

If I coach someone, you coach someone, and then so on and so forth, and we’re just consistently bringing people back to Jesus. Yes. Like we’re, you know, working on helping them gain a transformation. But the true transformation is what? Feel and experience with Jesus. At the end of day, and then that produces those physical results that they’re looking for almost as a byproduct in a way… and I’m just so excited.

So tell us a little bit more about your programs and essentially like what you’ve got going on right now.

Ashley:  So essentially, It’s funny because my programs have shifted over time based on trusting and the guiding of the Holy Spirit. And so I actually have two programs right now, which is wild because I didn’t even think that I would birth two programs in six months.

However, um, my one, my first program is more of a coaching experience. It’s a Bible study intensive, so it’s a program that helps women find healing and ultimately discover what God has called them to do. So many women that they’re not like, I don’t know, they throw their hands up in there. I don’t know what God has called me to do.

And so this experience guides women into that exploration and into answering that call too, so that they walk out going, “I know what God has called me to do and I have some kind of direction on what I should do next.” That’s really cool because when I first began, it was a one on one program and it’s now morphed into a group program in my time, which is really neat.

Being able to watch the growth and the vision of that program. And so there is a community of women that sit around. And a space together and literally support each other. And it blows my mind because they support each other in a way that is so different than even what I could imagine. Our picture. And they’re supporting each other, uh, with things outside of the curriculum that they go through each week.

So that is so cool because at the end of the day, like that is that ripple effect. Like that is where the Holy Spirit is impacting and growing.

This next round is called Preach It Sister Academy. And that program is designed for women who feel like God has called them to do something and they dunno how to birth it. Whether it’s a book or a podcast or a curriculum they want to write.

It can be anything and everything from how they want to serve others. And so I’ve got six different women in that program right now. And so they are working through how to bring clarity and begin though that very beginning kind of phase, “How do I birth this?” Or maybe they’ve kind of played around with it a little bit, but they don’t know how to grow it.

That’s what that program is. And so I’m super excited about that as well because that is, that is answering the yes that God called me to do. I want to see women step into the call that God has in their life. I want to see them do this despite their age. I want to see them do it despite the fear and the doubt and the insecurity, and offering a space for women to listen to each other and also know, go, “I’m not alone in this,” and God has given me what feels like a really big, scary and audacious dream, but I’m not alone in this and there are tools that I can applicably begin to apply for what God has called me to do. It’s just beautiful.

They’re so beautiful.

Hannah: I’m just so excited for it, obviously. I love it.

I want to know if someone is sitting here listening to this, am I thinking, “Hmm, I’m thinking about FCA. I don’t know, I’m scared.”

What would you say to them if they’re on the fence right now?

Ashley: My first response is to just pray, right? Sometimes people, in my opinion, overcomplicate it. What should I do next? What is my next step? What am I supposed to do? And we talk about sometimes you have to take action that is messy, and it is not until you take some action that you might find clarity.

And so if you are on the fence, the next and only obvious step is for you to get off the fence. You need to take action. Like if you’re off the fence, get off the fence. And reach out, like there’s no harm in it.

I connected with Hannah almost a year and a half ago. I was on the fence and then I sat in disobedience. For a year and a half, and I wish I hadn’t, and I finally decided to get off the fence and reach out.

Know that you are genuinely capable of the dreams that you have in your business and in your coaching. You have something really incredible and valuable to offer the world. And if you are sitting there going, “Hmm, I wonder if FCA can benefit me,” it’s because you already know it can benefit you. Like if, if you are sitting there and you’re like, I’m not sure, like I think maybe I could benefit from that one piece, you already have your answer.

It’s just a matter of whether or not you’re going to get off the fence and be obedient to that.

Hannah: It’s true. I feel like it’s almost like mentally and emotionally taxing. You just kind of stay in a state of indecision. It’s exhausting. It’s so exhausting. So I love how you’re just like, just get off the fence.

But I feel you on this and I love that. So, thank you for sharing that. Now, I know that if people are listening to this, They’re probably like, “How do I connect with Ashley? Does she have something that I can snag for free to get a little taste of what she does?”

So tell us where they can connect with you and if there is something that you are offering.

Ashley: Yeah, so you can connect with me. I’m primarily on Instagram and on Facebook, so you can connect with me on Instagram at @ashleymforsberg

On Facebook, I have a ministry group that is where a lot of my free Bs sit, but it’s called Saltwater Sisters Ministries.

I have what I love to call these little micro coaching moments that are posted every single week in that group, and it really just allows you to pull back those layers to the onion. They’re specifically designed to help you grow more intimate with your relationship with Jesus.

I also offer free Bible studies in that group as well. There’s a community in that space. We’re also about to launch Zoom Bible studies there, and all of those resources are absolutely free.

Hannah: Definitely if you go to check her out, definitely let her know where you came from. Let her know you’re listening to the podcast.

Ashley, I just want to say thank you so much just for being here, for letting the Holy Spirit shine through you. And before we go, I actually want to do something a little fun.

I’m gonna put you on the spot for a second cause I think it would be really cool.

Do you have any questions for me?

Ashley: Ooh. I didn’t know you were gonna ask me this question. But I like this, Hannah.

What would you say next to those who have walked through FCA and how they need to continue to grow in their business as a faith-fueled entrepreneur?

What would you say is next for them? Send you off into the world to be the hands and feet of Jesus through your business. Like what do you say next?

Hannah: Do you want a mindset answer? A more practical answer?

Ashley: Give me one of each.

Hannah: So practically speaking, I would say if you have not started on evergreen content, you should start.

Evergreen meaning podcast, blog, or YouTube channel. Something that is going to stick around for a hot minute. But the thing with evergreen content is that it’s typically a long game. So, I don’t always recommend my newbies to start there, right?

I want newer entrepreneurs, and people who are really making inconsistent income, to focus on creating an income as quickly as possible.

And sometimes that just does not come from this long form of evergreen content. But now that you are consistently bringing income, and you’re consistent on social media, you really want to start thinking about the long-term. You want to start thinking about scalability. You want to start thinking about visibility going evergreen, because what happens if social media does shut down?

Ashley: What happens if you get hacked?

Hannah: Yes! You really want to start thinking about these things for the longevity of your business and SEO is so crucial. So, that would be the first thing. So evergreen content and visibility. So things like getting on Pinterest would be really important.

And then in terms of mindset wise, this one I keep going back to life is like an onion.

So, things that I dealt with when I was consistently making $2k months to when I was making $10k months to now, and as I’m growing with this podcast, I’m scaling my business in a different way.

I’m being tried and tested in similar ways, but in deeper and more complex ways, if that makes sense.

So, things that I felt like I had gone through, I’m going through again, but a little bit deeper.

And so I guess what I’m trying to say is to be expectant that more sanctification is coming, and that’s a good thing because growth is not always pretty. Growth is actually quite rough and it burns. Like if you really think about it, a coal turns a diamond, it has to be put under pressure, right?

So a lot of the time, growth actually happens when you are breaking down. And then you can be reformed into something new. And so when you’re growing, you’re going to run into valleys.

You just are. It’s a part of life. You’re not always going to be at a mountaintop. You’re just not. And so I say that with just so much love and realness for you to just know that those times are coming. You can and you will make it through with the Holy Spirit and don’t be sad or depressed when those times come because you’re right on the verge of breakthrough because you’re being reformed.

Ashley:. Thank you. I said that I asked that question because I wanted people to hear like your heart and how you’re so applicable to the season of life that everybody is in. So, we all enter into FCA in a different season, and even if I, into the beginning of FCA now where I’m at, I could still and, and I could still through the next potential valley with guidance and mentorship.

And so part of me asked that because I knew that you were going to something along those lines, because I’ve gotten to know you in the last six months in a more personal and intimate way. And so I just want people to hear that it doesn’t matter if you have zero clients and you’re interested in FCA like I was at the beginning, or if you’re where I’m at right now, currently.

My wait list for my current offer is half full and I have 13 active clients at the moment. And it doesn’t matter if you’re there. You are still able to apply these methods to continue to step into growth and to continue to walk into the next chapter of your business.

I wanted people to know that it doesn’t matter if you’re starting or if you want to scale, this is applicable. And you and your message and your support is still the same and still can impact the way somebody’s business can grow.

I have to be honest, at the end of the day, I had to make this work.

I had to make coaching work for finances for our family. We could not afford where we live, or to put both of our kids in childcare. They’re not old enough to go to school, and because my husband is a first responder, his schedule is inconsistent and so I couldn’t find a job to even consistently work around his schedule.

We had to make this happen for the finances of our family so that we could care for our family so that we could put food on the table.

The fact that this space is a safe space to struggle in FCA, but to also not struggle alone.

I think often we think that we are so alone in what we experience, and we are so alone, and no one else knows what it’s like to literally cry at the blessing of someone calling and donating a box of clothes to your toddler because God saw you and he was faithful.

However, those are the things that I was able to celebrate with the other people in FCA. And they were the people that got it.

They were the people that went okay. There is hope this works. This works. Your business can work. Like if you need to hear that today, your business can work. Like you can actually do this. You can actually step and meld faith into your business and it actually work. And I think more people need to hear that.

I think the world would be a better place if every person who considered themselves a Christ follower incorporated faith into their business. The rest of my case, that’s my little soap box there. But this works and you can do it. And Hannah is proof of that. And every woman who’s walked through FCA is proof of that.

So get off the fence and, and just reach out and start a conversation because it’s worth it and you can succeed.

Hannah: I love this. Thank you, Ashley. And you know, one more thing, as I was thinking and as you were talking that I want to add to my answer.

Basically you were, you were saying like the methods can be applied to whether you’re new or whether you’re more seasoned.

And so I want to go back and be like, what do you focus on next?

Well, you continue mastering what you learn inside of FCA, but then you start duplicating. How can you actually do more of it? And so maybe that comes down to hiring people, right? Maybe it comes down to getting on more platforms, because to start your business and to make a full time income online, you don’t need a website.

You don’t need ancy funnels. You don’t need to be super tech savvy. Ashley said she wasn’t. I’m not either. You don’t need to be on every single platform. You just don’t. But when you are growing and scaling, these are things you might want to think about: visibility is duplicating the systems that you are mastering solo and actually taking it a step further.

Ashley: And one thing to add onto that, the more does not mean that your time is increased, because if you don’t know, FCA is specifically a curriculum that is so unique in its approach to how to sustain without burnout.

And so when Hannah says more, she’s not adding things on your plate. That’s important to hear for someone who hasn’t been through FCA. When Hannah says more, she’s literally giving you the tools and the guides to how to work less and make more. Here’s the wild thing I should mention as well… I work maybe 20 hours a week and I am producing my 40 hour a week income.

And so when she says more. The flip side is for people who are listening to this, who want to continue to grow and just maximize their business, they have things flowing, but they want to step into new things. FCA is going to give you the structures to create sustainability without burnout.

And that’s beautiful and needed for a lot of people. Like you may know how to run a business, and function in productivity, but maybe you are actually lacking the skills of how do I take it to the next step without sending myself to certain burnout or to just throwing my hands up in the air and wanting to quit and being able to see in the overflow more abundance.

Hannah: And it’s so true. Thank you for bringing that up because it’s true. When I say more, I don’t mean like you’re actually sitting there doing more. I mean like, let’s think smarter, right? Let’s not work harder. Let’s actually think about this and take this further without doing more, which is exactly what it’s all about.

So thank you for mentioning that, and thank you again just for being on here. Again, you guys can find Ashley on Instagram and in her Facebook group.

But until then, I will see you guys next time. Thank you again, Ashley.

Ashley: Yeah, of course. Thanks for having me, Hannah.
